Hey Felicia, I recognized you from your music videos. Heart always speaks what's right for us. I was lost before cause I feel I'm really different from family & friends. I'm trying to do a little bit related with music, spirituality, motivational speaker and psychologist. Also I love to write & read. I'm trying to make success out of myself, watching & learning with people like you =)
No!! í don't buy it..it was her passion since little, she got to do it the dream of any actor, and supposely hers and suddenly not anymore? and she ends writting and publishing one book? mediocre and crazy.
Great Video! Sorry for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you tried - Chiveard Discovering Potential Framework (search on google)? It is a good exclusive product for finding your true calling and achieving success without the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate at very last got cool results with it.
Great video content! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Chiveard Discovering Potential Framework (google it)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for finding your true calling and achieving success without the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my close friend Aubrey at last got cool success with it.

I worked in a office for 8 years, and always dreamed about being a preschool teacher since I was a little girl. I believed it was my “dream job”, I completed child development degree, but was always afraid of change. Finally, I went for it and became a teacher, I was so excited until i quickly find out I absolutely hated it. I loved the kids, I just did not want to be a teacher it wasn’t for me for various reasons. I tried 3 different schools because I thought maybe I just had to find the right fit for me. Long story short...I’m back to square one. I learned now that if I would have tried it sooner I would have known that it wasn’t for me and continued to try different things. It’s been a journey, but all that I have gone through has made me the person I am today, and I have learned so much. Now I want to go use the skills I have learned to my next project. I’m just going to go for it and stop thinking about it. Loved this video and happy to know I’m not the only one that can feel lost at times.
I know this is where most of the so called intellectuals likes to hang out but on serious note you don't know what you're talking about ☺️......
If you're Asian you know what I mean...... I don't have to elaborate any further..
Gobbbahhhh blah blah blah gobbbah bbbahhhhah globbah experience...blah blah blah speech...blah blah...gobbah gobbbbah change......boooobbbah boobbbbbahblah blah successful......gobbah blah blah.....gobbbbah fear........gobbah.....blah.....blah.....blah.....gobbah.....this talk is for idiots.....that's why they are in the life position that they are in......blah...blah....gobbbbbah
There are 60,000 homeless people living in Los Angeles and sleeping right on the sidewalks near my house. There is no positive change for those people. There are TWICE the number of homeless today than there was just five years ago. There is no positive change for those people. Nobody cares.
Totally helpful and inspiring. I feel completely empowered to make a change now, where before I felt confused and lost. I think youtube channeled my subconscious, or perhaps my whatsapp. Anyway, thanks so much.
Any revision..change..is scary and yes, I'm freaking out! 35+ yrs as a Psychiatric Nurse..now physically can't do...time to revise.
I'm a writer and I continue to write and will be submitting, but...I need income to live and care for my disabled daughter. So...re-trained is in order..a new career..new certificates..whatever..it's still change and still frightening..so I boldly go forth...omg!
Wow, I did all this process on my own because I didn’t found any information like this, and now that I made up my mind and take a decission I come across this talk and I wish i had found it earlier, but either way it did help me to be more confident about changing carreers and go against the odds, so thank you Felicia you are truly amazing!
I'm thinking of the same thing. but did you leave it already knowing what you wanna do next? I've been thinking of quitting my job since its already killing me. Toxic people, too heavy workload, small pay.. exploitation basically.. and I don't learn anything. to be honest that is my situation too. I have gotten a qualification not a degree but completed a critical short course equivalent to a diploma and yet I still see the less educated people earning much more than me. So I decided to get involved I then joined a public group and then hopefully would like to work as a foreign national either for the EU or the US State - that is my goal I am working towards
Cheers for the Video! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you considered - Chiveard Discovering Potential Framework (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one off product for finding your true calling and achieving success minus the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin at last got astronomical results with it.

Creativity and innovation will come when you do what you really love even if it's less paid. You will be so happy and fulfilled that you are adding a value to this world. I am in my turn from working as chemist for food and pharmaceutics lobbies to work in eco friend l'y organisation. I volunteer for teaching kids. I am in the reflexion
I'm a registered nurse in my home country. I tried working in a hospital once after I passed the exam and there I realized that nursing is "maybe" not my calling. So I applied in the bureau of fire and protection because it's just so promising and gives me motivation to straighten my path and finally have some sense of belongingness, sad to say I passed all the exams and the medicals which is very important, but out of 101 of us applicants, 94 was the quota of the bureau, and I was one of the 7 "lucky" applicants who were not chosen to officially be a firefighter. And I felt so lost in life. Then I also applied in the department of agrarian reform but was not chosen too. So..i;m still lost and i really don't know where to be in life and there's just zero motivation. Just wanted to share my life hahaha
She talks about not being fulfilled yet she was in a top Broadway musical. It's like she's saying "I'm so great that I was in this high stress, highly elite group, but even that wasn't enough for me, cause I'm just so brilliant and perfect, lol, you know? I also write three books a month, but that's like nothing, yeah?"
Fel, I Graduated from Berklee college of music in 2001 and then got cancer followed by a plethora of other illnesses. I was never able to go back into the business as I once had before. I now sing in the worship team at my church and that is my new change!! You though, through your online courses have helped me find my voice again and at least make me feel like I haven't lost completely so thank you and God Bless you for that!!!
Yeah, it's great to have a degree from Yale, contacts to land in a Broadway musical, publisher friends from Yale who published your books...and, in the end, invitations to get applause on a stage again, this time as a highly educated "change guru." My guess is that this woman has two wealthy parents, probably doctors or college professors, one or both of whom went to Yale or Princeton. These talks are nicely done and well-intended but there is a lack of perspective when you speak to an audience as if you are just like they are. It can make less-privileged people feel angry.
I've been watching Fel's singing videos after feeling rather lost in life and wanting to try something new (I'm turning 30 this year and I feel like I've wasted a lot of time just staying stuck in one place in terms of career - one that isn't going anywhere) and by chance this pops up! Amazing video. I worry I'm leaving it too late to learn new things and change direction.
Well, I can't spend any more money trying to convince people of myself. I've gone $250k into myself with business, education, and trying to help others. I've even written a book that I'll never get any credit for. I don't really have time or resources to "do" things to see if there's something that I want to do that actually makes me money. I can't convince people I have value - that's kind of the hook. People have to think you are worth something to pay you for doing things. Otherwise, you just do things so you can at least do them. So...decide by doing, but do what convinces others that you actually have value. I've none, so I just do. That doesn't make me happy - money + passion = happiness. No one will tell you how to make the equation work.
Sister, i do not know how should i thank you and how should i admire you for your such awesome speech . i am thanking you from the core of my heart. i am expecting more and more videos like this from you, Fellicia Ricci
I first came upon Felicia through her vocal Youtube channel. I found her presentations very confident, informational, well spoken. I think she makes an equally impressive orator in the TED program here. Good for you, Felicia! You rock!!
What is she, 25, 30? What if you're over 40? Over 50? Sometimes you're stuck in a boring but secure job because you don't want to be a starving senior or because you have dependents. Some of us don't have time on our side anymore.
Hi sthom4bad. I'm not an expert but the way I see it is you always have time. You can always learn new skills if you've decided what you want to do and you want it bad enough. There are all sorts of educational systems that you can now access online and do in your spare time. Most of them do not require you to completely drop everything in your life. I 100% believe you can find something to do in your spare time that can become an income in the future.
